Sha brings years of experience as a personal trainer, with a focus on strength and conditioning, fat loss, and functional training. Certified as an ACE Personal Trainer and Level 2 Nutritionist, he designs structured, evidence-based programmes that help clients build strength, improve body composition, and move better — safely and effectively.

Having worked with clients recovering from injuries, Sha emphasises proper technique, mobility, and progressive training methods to restore confidence and performance. His background also extends beyond the gym — he has trained beauty pageant models across South-East Asia and has appeared in fashion week runways and commercial campaigns, including Coca-Cola.
