Matthew

Matthew, a certified Personal Trainer with the National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF), brings a strong foundation in evidence-based training to First Personal Training. He has furthered his expertise with Applied Nutrition & Training (ANTS) Levels 1 and 2, allowing him to deliver personalised nutrition support alongside fitness plans. Matthew is equipped to effectively guide individuals of different life stages, while also providing holistic support for clients of all backgrounds. Drawing from eight years as an Army Captain, Matthew brings structure, resilience, and adaptability to his coaching — qualities that ensure clients of all backgrounds are supported in reaching their goals, whether that’s building strength, improving fitness, or staying consistent.
