Progress, clearly documented
First documents each programme from its starting point to the outcomes being built. This gives clients a clear view of their progression and gives our specialists a reliable basis for thoughtful decisions. Selected case studies are published only with the client’s informed consent and once the record is complete.

The structure

The register
Cases in documentation
Our documentation framework is active across every programme. We publish a case study only when the client has given consent and the record is complete. Where relevant health markers or bloodwork are included, clinical interpretation from the client’s medical professional remains.
Why this matters
Evidence that guides the next step
Documentation is part of the service. It helps clients see what is changing, helps a specialist decide what to progress next, and gives relevant medical professionals a clear view of the training work when the client consents.
Over time, these records help First strengthen its own understanding of careful, structured coaching across the decades of life.
