Your Personalised Assessment
Before your first session, your trainer checks in with each of you separately — your fitness level, your body, your goals. Two people, two programmes, one trainer who knows both of you.

Your Programme, Delivered to Your Door
Your trainer comes to your home or condo gym with everything needed. Both of you are always doing something — no waiting around. Both programmes are updated regularly based on each person's progress.
